Question: |
How can I tell if a site was blocked?
Answer: |
Each time a site is blocked for inappropriate content, Internet Safari will automatically show an alert screen explaining the problem and will also guide users to GoTo another site. The alert graphic for a blocked site shows Sydneys path blocked by a rhinoceros saying, Trouble ahead. When this graphic appears, a site has been blocked by Internet Safaris security.

Question: |
If Internet Safari blocks a site that I want to see, can I override it?
Answer: |
Yes! Many times a parent or teacher may want to view a web location that is blocked by Internet Safaris security. Some cases may be science, current events or other topics which may feature highly sensitive content but the parent or teacher feels comfortable in viewing the site with the child and discussing it with them. In order to achieve this function there is an unfiltered GoTo on the Administration Key CD. This CD must be in the drive for the program to access the unfiltered GoTo page.
